Following the alleged beating of two women and the shooting of an adolescent boy in North Lawndale earlier this week, a Chicago man was charged.
After an altercation that resulted in gunfire in a parking lot in the 3800 block of West Harrison Street, police say 34-year-old Michael Roquemore was apprehended on Monday just before 3 a.m.
Before shooting a 17-year-old boy, Roquemore assaulted a 17-year-old girl and a 23-year-old woman.
Responding officers arrested him about 20 minutes after the incident.
On Wednesday, the suspect is scheduled to appear in bond court.
At this time, no additional information is available.
