Jose Alba who is 61 fatally stabbed Austin Simon – 35 after altercation in New York City Bodega. Jose Alba, store clerk is charged with murder and bonded out for 50 thousand dollars after spending a week on Rikers Island.
The video from inside the Store shows Austin Simon storm behind the counter and shove Alba. After that a fight breaks out, Store clerk stabbed Austin Simon three times in the neck.
Police say the fight started after Austin Simon’s girlfriend card was declined for a bag of chips and she started arguing with the clerk.
