Vehicle Lifted on Side Railing After Crash

Police are on the scene and they are reported blocking Northbound traffic on South Damen Avenue at West 33rd Street and southbound traffic at South Blue Island Avenue. video shows police on scene of a vehicle collision where one of the cars if lifted onto a side railing.
