Because the Detroit Lions quarterback recently sold his California home for $6.4 million, a discount from his initial asking price, Jared Goff is officially leaving Los Angeles.
The 5,369-square-foot house in Hidden Hills, where the Kardashians live, is on 1.42 acres, 30 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a game room, a large kitchen with wine cellar, and a three-car garage.
There is a private mini-golf course, a custom pool and spa, a fire pit, a barbecue area, and breathtaking mountain views in the backyard.
Goff also used the 1,075-square-foot guest house as an entertainment room.
While playing for the Los Angeles Rams in 2018, the 27-year-old signal caller paid a little more than $4 million for the house. However, when Jared Goff was traded to the Detroit Lions in March 2021, the quarterback put the house up for sale.
The house had a $7.49 million asking price when it was first listed, but Goff was able to sell it with Jordan Cohen of Re/Max for $6.4 million, or one million less.
We wish the new homeowners well!
