Police are saying it might be gang related in a shooting that happened in Freeport Illinois. Shaquille Shorter who was Thirty years old was found with multiple gun shot wounds Thursday July 21st. Police was called to a large fight around 9pm to the 600 block of W. Pleasant St. in Freeport. After police arrived they discovered Shaquille Shorted in a car that crashed into a parked car. Police are offering a $1000 reward for information into this incident. #MyLifeInTheChi
